 At PSI Power, we are committed to ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, we offer a straightforward return policy to make the process as smooth as possible.

Below are the detailed terms of our return and exchange policy:

Return Period

 You have 30 days from the date of your purchase to return your product for a full refund or exchange. After 30 days, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Full Refund: If you are not satisfied with your product, we will issue a full refund for the purchase price (excluding shipping costs) once the item is returned and inspected.
  • Exchanges: If you prefer to exchange the product for another one, we will process the exchange at the current retail price. You will be responsible for paying the difference if the new product is priced higher than your original purchase. If the replacement product is less expensive, we will refund the price difference.

Please note that the product must be returned to PSI Power and undergo inspection before the exchange is processed. Once the returned product is inspected and approved, we will ship the replacement to you.

  • Shipping Costs: PSI Power does not refund shipping costs. Customers are responsible for the return shipping fees associated with returning a product for exchange or refund.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a refund or exchange, the returned product must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be in its original packaging.
  • All contents of the product, including any accessories, manuals, and parts, must be returned in like-new condition.
  • The product should be free from damage and show no signs of use or wear.

If all conditions are not met, a refund will not be processed. The product will be returned to the customer, and the customer will be responsible for any return shipping fees.

Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply to products returned in used, damaged, or incomplete condition. This fee helps cover the cost of inspecting, repackaging, and restocking the returned item.

Return Shipping Fees: The customer is responsible for covering any return shipping fees associated with the return of a product for an exchange or refund. These fees are non-refundable.

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange for a purchase from PSI Power, please follow these steps.   If you purchased a PSI Power product from another authorize dealer please contact them directly to process the return.

  1. Complete the RMA Request Form: within 30 days of your purchase. Include your order number, reason for return, and whether you would like a refund or exchange.
  2. Return Authorization: Once your RMA Request form is received a Customer Service Representative will be contacting you and you will receive instructions for returning the product.
  3. Ship the Product Back: Ensure that the product is securely packaged, includes all original contents, and is shipped back to the address provided by our support team.
  4. Inspection and Processing: Upon receipt of the returned product, our team will inspect it for condition and completeness. Once approved, your refund or exchange will be processed.

Important Notes

  • Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase. You will need it to process your return or exchange.
  • If the return is approved after inspection, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 30 days.
  • Products purchased as part of promotions or with a special discount may have different return terms, which will be clearly outlined at the time of purchase.

Exclusions

  • Custom-made or special-order products are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • Products that have been used in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose or have been altered in any way will not be accepted for return.
