PSI Power Warranty Policy
At PSI Power, we stand behind the quality and performance of our products. Our warranty policy ensures that your purchase is protected against manufacturing defects or malfunctions under normal use. Please review the terms of our warranty below.
Warranty Coverage
We offer a limited warranty on all products manufactured by PSI Power. This warranty covers:
- Defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and maintenance.
- Repairs or replacements for defective products during the warranty period.
Warranty Period
- Our warranty is valid for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified on the product details.
- If a product is defective, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you, within the applicable warranty period.
Post-Warranty Repairs (After 3 Years)
Once the 3-year warranty period has ended, the product will no longer be covered under warranty. However, we can still assess and repair the product for you.
- A $50 diagnostic fee will apply to determine whether the product is repairable.
- After the diagnostic process, we will provide you with an estimate of the repair cost. If you choose to proceed with the repair, the $50 diagnostic fee will be applied toward the total cost of the repair.
- If the product is found to be unrepairable, the diagnostic fee will be non-refundable.
Warranty Claims Process
- Contact Us: If you believe your product is defective, please reach out to our customer service team. You will be asked to provide date of purchase, serial number of product, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos or documentation such as the installation.
- Return Authorization: Once our customer support staff has obtained and reviewed all the necessary information, we will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
- Product Inspection: Upon receiving the returned product, our team will inspect it to verify the defect. If the defect is covered by our warranty, we will repair or replace the product at no charge to you. Warranty claims are processed as they are received-first come, first served.
- Repair or Replacement: We will either repair your product or send a replacement unit, depending on the nature of the issue. If the product is no longer available, we will offer a comparable replacement or provide a full refund.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage due to misuse, abuse, or improper installation of the product.
- Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to scratches, dents, or cosmetic damage.
- Damage caused by accidents, unauthorized modifications, or repairs.
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or third-party resellers.
- Shipping costs for warranty returns or replacements.
Limitation of Liability
- Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of defective products, and we will not be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.
Transferability
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. If you sell or transfer the product to another person, the warranty will no longer be valid.
